You may use OmegleHub only if you are at least 18 years old. You must affirm that you are 18+ when creating an account and again whenever you enter a new video-chat search. Do not use the service if you are under 18, and do not place a minor on camera.
You must respect consent, personal boundaries, and applicable law. A match, a paid match, or participation in Dating Mode never means the other person has consented to sexual content, nudity, recording, off-platform contact, or an in-person meeting.
Keep your password secure and use your own account. Profile gender is self-reported and is used for optional gender matching. OmegleHub does not independently verify another user's identity, gender, location, intentions, or background.
Random matching is limited to 100 matches per UTC day. Paid gender matching lets an eligible user choose to seek a self-reported adult woman or man. Paid targeted matching is mutual: both participants must enter the same type of paid pool with compatible preferences, and one match use is deducted from each participant when the match is created.
Users may leave one thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating per match. For the current UTC month, each like offsets one dislike, so the net dislike score is max(0, dislikes − likes). After at least 100 lifetime matches, reaching 20 net dislikes triggers a one-month matching suspension. Reaching 30 net dislikes triggers a three-month matching suspension. Monthly rating counts reset with the new UTC month, but an active suspension continues until its stored expiration time.
The regular gender-match pack costs $6.99 and adds 10 paid gender matches. The Dating Mode pack costs $10.00 and adds 10 dating matches. Unlimited Random Video costs $9.99 and removes the daily cap from regular random video for 30 days per purchase. Payment processing is handled by PayPal when enabled. Match balances are not cash and are not transferable except where required by law.
Video and audio are intended to travel through WebRTC rather than being recorded by the OmegleHub application server. STUN or TURN infrastructure may be used to establish or relay connections.
OmegleHub may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security, safety, legal, or policy reasons. Automated rating thresholds do not limit faster action for serious misconduct.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. OmegleHub does not guarantee another user's behavior, identity, country, gender, availability, or suitability.
Before a public launch, add the operator's legal name, contact address, refund policy, governing-law/dispute provisions, and jurisdiction-specific notices reviewed by qualified counsel.
